I was seriously so nervous and shaking coming into this appointment as this was my first root canal and I feel like I have always heard such horrible things about them. Dr. Waltz and his assistant truly did such a great job in calming my nerves and talking me through the entire process. Yes, it isn't fun laying down with your mouth forced open for an hour, but it did not hurt literally one single bit. There was absolutely zero pain and Dr. Waltz was so accommodating. If you need a root canal done at this place, I would highly recommend Dr. Waltz.

My visits to Fountain City Endodontics have left me grateful to have been referred to them. Their facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff is professional and quite pleasant. I was attended to by Dr. Goglia. He was very kind, calming, and empathetic, which is perfect for white-knuckled patients like me. He was informative about the procedures he performed, and took the time to patiently answer my questions. In my opinion, this business is top notch. I highly recommend it.

I went there not knowing what to expect and a little nervous but it was a very good experience I'm happy to say. Everyone there is so friendly and nice that I immediately felt more comfortable. I saw Dr. Goglia and he is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to put you at ease and answer any and all questions you might have. I have to go back soon and I know I'll be well taken care of. So if you're nervous like I was, don't worry, you're in good hands!π

Dr. G was great! During the consultation he explained everything and was very informative and patient. When I returned a few weeks later to have my root canal the process was so fast and painless and easy. His assistant was amazing as well! I canβt remember her name, but she put my mind at ease about the whole procedure and made me very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was wonderful, friendly, and very efficient. Dr. Daniel Crossen is truly one of the best endodontists in Knoxville. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and highly skilled. My dentist referred me for a root canal, but before proceeding, Dr. Crossen performed a thorough examination and re-tested everything himself. Thankfully, he determined that I did not need a root canal, saving me from an unnecessary procedure and pain. I truly appreciate his honesty and commitment to doing what is best for his patients rather than recommending treatment that isn't needed. I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Crossen and his team, and I would highly recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone looking for an endodontist they can completely trust.
